It can be used by anybody who has a transport need regardless of age.<br \/><br \/>Richard Davies, General Manager at hoppa says: \u201cWith hoppa, you can say goodbye to waiting around at cold bus stop as we pick you up from your front door and drop you off wherever it is you want to go within your travel zone.
